“Ordered on the 2nd April, estimated delivery 8th - 9th April. It is now 12th April and still no sign of delivery. No email, text or phone call re the delay. Your office hours mean no one is available after 5pm on Friday until Monday morning. Very disappointed, my mums 80th birthday is tomorrow, her party is cancelled due to the lockdown and now she has no gift either. I can’t drop an alternative round as she lives 120 miles away. Would be very reluctant to order from you again”

“I ordered an edible Ferrero Rocher tree for my mum for Mother’s Day. The order came really quickly and was packaged very carefully. I was so pleased with how it looked and putting a personalised message on the stand was great.
