“I still have not received the tree. It was meant to be depievered two days ago and I need it for a gift in two days. I have contacted you but so far no one has bothered replying or letting me know where my order is. I am very disappointed!”

“Product I ordered hasnt Arrived yet despite being given a 5 day delivery window and this is one day beyond that. I was charged a courier rate for delivery. I called the Office to explain this was for a Birthday the next day and the product hadnt arrived so was pretty urgent. I was Fobbed Off with the response I will email the supplier and get back to you - no call back from the office today. I am livid by this - this was a present for my partner from our Young Children, they are really upset. Terrible Experience - Would NEVER Buy from again if they cant even deliver what you order over a 5 day period. Very Poor experience - Asked for immediate Refund”

“My order never arrived from Prezzybox. They refunded me even though I never cancelled order ( I wanted the ferrero rocher tree) No email received explaining why prezzybox has refunded the amount. Not good service.”
