Very stylish gift at a bargain price. My order was fulfilled very quickly. I requested a slight adjustment after placing my order and the team were very friendly and helpful during my call.

I Placed an the order on 13th July 22.16pm then realises I had missed a letter off the name so emailed straight back to ask for it to be changed as you could do this up to 4 hours after placing the order. Then had sent me an email on 15th July 8.40 saying that’s no problem we have changed your personalisation and will re send your order confirmation. I then got another email saying they can’t change it and you can’t return it, but I can order another one at cost. That’s laughable I am now running out of time and as they said it could be changed I don’t see why I should order another one at cost. SO I WOULD JUST LIKE TO WARN OTHER CUSTOMERS TO BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY. IT IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE END OF THE DAY. I DO NOT LIKE GIVING BAD FEEDBACK BUT I THINK IT IS VERY OUT OF ORDER AND WOULD NOT LIKE ANYONE ELSE TO BE OUT OF POCKET AND WITH A GIFT THAT IS OF NO USE ANYMORE

Hi Lisa We're really sorry to see this review. Unfortunately you didn't receive a reply until the 15th because the 13th was a Saturday and our offices are open Monday-Friday. I can see you sent in two separate emails both regarding personalisation changes, the first one we were able to amend for you, but looking into the second thread of emails for your second request of something else to be changed, we for some reason couldn't amend this one, and advised you of this. We're really sorry you were unhappy with this, I can see my colleague has agreed to refund you, we will get this put through ASAP to be with you in the next few working days Best regards
