The wallet isn't as sophisticated looking as I expected it to be from the description and photos. Neither do I feel that the quality meets the description. Therefore a little disappointed considering I had bought this as a present for someone.

The personalisation is wrong and I have emailed customer service 3 times with no response. This was a Father’s Day gift which I am now unable to give. I would of appreciated someone getting back in touch about how they can solve this.

Hi Sarah I can see on your order that you have indeed had a response from our customer service team yesterday, and the last note added to the order was that the supplier is issuing a replacement for you and you were emailed to update :) the emails may just be going in your junk folder!
