“Hi, my cookie came on time and I was impressed with the packaging. However, the cookie broke as soon as I removed the packaging which I was extremely annoyed by as it was a gift for my friend.”

“Despatch took longer than the stated 24 hours and customer service didn't help. Wouldn't use again as item was late for a birthday so, waste of time.”

As the item is personalised, it takes up to 24 hours to leave our external partners. This does not include how long the item takes for delivery.
