“I was late ordering a personalised birthday cookie for my daughter; I phoned the excellent team who pulled out all the stops to get it to her as quickly as possible. My daughter was absolutely thrilled as it arrived in perfect time. She commented with a picture of her cookie, "Thank you for making me feel so special on my birthday even though I wasn't there with you." Thank you so much, we are all very happy and can not recommend you highly enough!”
