“I supplied a photo ready for them to use, with a white background, but for some reason they cut off half my dog’s ear and mouth before printing. Unrecognisable. Tried contacting Prezzybox to complain but they never replied. Rubbish product and rubbish company.”

“I’ve not received this despite it being sent on 13th December. One if the other two things ordered has arrived. I know there is a postal strike but the email arriving for a review onChristmas Day is somewhat … not funny! No tracking info available apparently.”
