“Ordered the wrong size the first time, tried to change it straight after, but was too late, re-ordered the right size over the phone an extra 15.99, but I received the exact same size! Staff have been friendly and helpful, they did return my delivery payment, wouldn’t mind getting the 15.99 back. The socks are ok quality, would prefer if they went up a size bigger. Hopefully the next pair to come won’t be the same size as the last two!”
