“Very happy with the goods and the service received from Prezzybox. I was concerned when part of my order didn’t turn up, so called the customer service helpline to check. Someone answered the phone very swiftly, and dealt with my query efficiently and politely. They then called on the day I received the second half of the order to make sure I had received the goods, offering to re-order or a refund if they hadn’t turned up. Overall, very satisfied.”
