“I was fairly disappointed at how the socks turned out. On the page displaying the information about the product, there are a list of bullet points and one says 'all socks to be printed on a white background'. As a result of this, I expected the images to come on a white sock and that the colour choice would just be used for the heel and toe area of the sock. However, it was unclear that the socks do actually come in different colours, and as a result my images did not print properly as they included black and were printed on a black sock, despite the information on the website suggesting differently. There was also no option to preview the sock in the chosen colour, which I think is not a very good feature, and it would have avoided any disappointment because I would have been able to change the colour before ordering the product. Therefore I was not very happy with how the product turned out, despite the actual quality being good. I think this information should be made clearer on the website, to avoid disappointment in the future. As you can see from the image below, a fair bit was cut out as a result of the colour of the sock.”
