“I was disappointed in this book. The item is advertised at £19.99. The photo is of a hardback book. Which you think is what you’re getting. It isn’t, you get a soft, paperback book. Unless you pay a further £10 for a hardback and a box. This plus delivery would bring the cost to around £34. A big difference! This fact only comes up at checkout and due to time restraints I had to order it. But this should be made much clearer in the original Information. It doesn’t look as nice as the cover (hardback) photo shows and I was a bit reluctant to hand over as a gift as it looks cheap.”
