“a bit diappointed as i had no confirmation of order acceptance after some time i reordered.then i got confirmation for both orders. i immediately emailed and asked for one to be cancelled but received a reply saying both were being dealt with and i would have to accept two copies.as they were personalised for my granddaugters 21 st birthday i cannot reuse them for someone else. otherwise the items are lovely and arrived within a week of ordering really nicely presented in a gift box.”
