I wondered later, would it have been possible to have an apostrophe as part of the name so that instead of just Natalie, it said Natalie's. “Birthday girl loved it! But communication from the company could be better - I enquired about when it would be dispatched as I received no emails. I was told it hadn't been dispatched yet but due between 2 dates which was fine but then it was delivered that day! Received no dispatch or delivery communication. Other than that... the item was great!”
