I wouldnt know how the wine is, after waiting 2 months for it to be delivered my friend has gone without a birthday gift!! She is still yet to receive it.

Due to the current exceptional circumstances we were unable to celebrate our grandson's 21st birthday with him. Despite my limited technical abilities I ordered a gift from prezzibox. Understandably there was a slight delay in the postal delivery service in his area but I rang prezzibox to confirm that my order had been successful. I spoke with the very friendly owner of the company who immediately reassured me that my order had been dispatched successfully and told me to ring back in a few days if it was still missing. Their service was spot on. The gift was delivered a few days later and I would definitely order from prezzibox again.

Haven’t received it yet. Paid for it then had an email three days later saying it wasn’t in stock. I could have my money back or it will be delivered in about 3 weeks. As I had already ordered it for a friends birthday and told her I had sent it her, I decided not to get my Money back obviously she has not received it it time for her birthday. I’m just hoping it turns up within the 3 weeks x
