“Due to the current exceptional circumstances we were unable to celebrate our grandson's 21st birthday with him. Despite my limited technical abilities I ordered a gift from prezzibox. Understandably there was a slight delay in the postal delivery service in his area but I rang prezzibox to confirm that my order had been successful. I spoke with the very friendly owner of the company who immediately reassured me that my order had been dispatched successfully and told me to ring back in a few days if it was still missing. Their service was spot on. The gift was delivered a few days later and I would definitely order from prezzibox again.”

“Haven’t received it yet. Paid for it then had an email three days later saying it wasn’t in stock. I could have my money back or it will be delivered in about 3 weeks. As I had already ordered it for a friends birthday and told her I had sent it her, I decided not to get my Money back obviously she has not received it it time for her birthday. I’m just hoping it turns up within the 3 weeks x”
