“I ordered this on 7th April with delivery between 10th and 14th April. It is now 17th and still nothing has arrived. I realise there was the long Easter weekend and that these are difficult times with delivery times different but I rang on Tuesday 14th and they apologised that they’d had a delay but things had been sent out. I’ve had no email confirming the order has been sent out. My first experience with Prezzybox and I’m disappointed even considering the circumstances.”

“No way to track item which was dispatched on the 5th April .. now the 15th and not delivered and not at the sorting office Never had post problems before .. very poor wont use again if can’t even get item ordered”
