“Very poor. I would award zero stars if possible. I ordered this item over 3 weeks ago and it never arrived. I emailed Prezzybox and never received a reply. The lockdown is on so I appreciate that delivery is slower, however I've not even had any communication that the item was sent.”

“It hasn’t arrived. The item was a present for my friend who’s birthday it was last Sunday (5th April). There was no option to add a gift note so when and if it arrives the recipient won’t know who it’s off. Also she will know the price which isn’t very good when it’s a present. I am waiting until Tuesday to see if it arrives before making a formal complaint.”
