“Ordered 10 days ago. Yet to arrive. A week after stated delivery date, I got an email telling me they were having problems with supply and I would have to wait three more weeks. Don’t know why it took this long to let me know or why I wasn’t informed at point of order.”

“Sadly still not arrived but your colleague Shelley advised me it had been dispatched by your partner company last week & you are at the mercy of Royal Mail. In the current Covid 19 climate it’s understandable & no-ones fault ,I am sure it will be great & taste fab when it turns up Sue :)”
