“I ordered this on a Sunday to be delivered on the Tuesday/Wed for a birthday. Hermes advised that they received it Wed. Did not get delivered on Wed or Thurs. Then Hermes advised that they tried to deliver on Fri but no answer. Simply not true as in flat whole time and window looks straight onto parking. Finally delivered on Sat !!!!”
