“My girlfriend was really happy with this thank you, and I was amazed that letterbox wine is even a thing (great idea!) Unfortunately the postman knocked, though, so it never actually came through the letterbox! Hopefully next time :)”

“Excellent except it came inside a bigger box which wouldn’t fit the letterbox resulting in my brother having to get in touch with your courier to rearrange delivery hence kind of ruining the idea of the surprise.”

“Fab product. My friend really loved it. Only comment was that despite requesting a gift message to be included, nothing was sent. Luckily I had given my friend the heads up so she wasnt left wondering which random person had sent her the gift!”

“The whole point of letterbox wine is it fits through the letterbox so why was the package wrapped in bubble wrap so the postman had to knock the door and wait for a reply totally rendering the concept of letterbox wine useless. Plus the wine had a delivery date of between 10th to 14th April yet was 4 days late !!!! despite your website saying deliveries are on schedule despite Corona virus. All in all a poor show this is the second time I have used Prezzybox I don't think there will be a third.”
