“The website is really easy to use however, the delivery time was incorrect and there was no confirmation email sent to me when it was out for delivery which was promised on the original confirmation email so I was worried my gift may not arrive on time and it arrived 4 days after the given date. I ordered the mush on a cush and they quality is good and I am happy with the order I made just a shame about the after care but nothing major to moan about.”

“Never arrived So cannot review. Got a contradictory email saying it was delayed due to high demand then it said it was in production then was saying it had been posted so no idea at what stage we are at. But of course payment has been taken.”

“Ordered my item on the 4th of December. I received an email to say they were experiencing delays and it would be delivered between the 12th and 16th of December. It is now the 17th and I still haven’t received it. I needed this item for a secret santa which has been totally spoilt. Customer services (Zach) never ring back. This is my first order with Prezzybox and it will be my last. I will never order from them again. Avoid at all costs.”
