“My niece was delighted with this cute gift, however, the product itself was 'shop soiled' in that it was dirty and did not smell clean or fresh. There was also a very long hair caught up in the product. I am hoping that the retailer will exchange this gift as it is outside the 14 day returns poliocy due to Christmas.”
