“My order was for my daughter and was suppose to arrive last Tuesday 7th or Wednesday but its still not arrived (10th). I ordered it on 31st March as an Easter present for my daughter who is a children's nurse and was supposed to be at home with us at Easter but obviously couldn't be. Although I will say when I phoned Prezzybox they were very nice on the phone and I am assuming its a fault with Royal Mail, however we will see what happens if it doesn't get delivered by next week.”
