“Very disappointed with the personalisation, just an ink over stamp and not very level. The tool belt itself is small although the leather looks reasonable. Not sure now whether to give it as a special present”

“I ordered this with the delivery date of the 13-15th December. It finally arrived on the 19th & was faulty. The metal fitting on the front was put on at an angle & looks silly- this is especially annoying when I was giving it as a Christmas present to my dad, who is a carpenter & finishes work to a high standard. I emailed Natasha Walker at Prezzybox, who I had been corresponding with regarding the late delivery, asking how I go about getting a replacement. I was ignored. I emailed again on the 23rd & was ignored. I then sent a message on Facebook messenger asking the same. I had no reply so was forced to give my dad the faulty item & promise him I was arranging a replacement. I eventually got a reply back on Facebook messenger on the 30th Dec! This message mentioned the wrong product entirely (some glasses that I had also ordered!) & said 'the best thing to do is refund you for the damaged item'. I then got a £9.99 refund! The tool belt was £19.99 so definitely not a refund (even the glasses were £19.99 so still not the right price even if they had the wrong item!). I did not want a refund in the first place, I just wanted a replacement item for the one that was made badly so I could give my dad a decent Christmas present! Won't be buying from Prezzybox again is the summary!”
