“Very disappointed! My picture was in black and white but way bright enough. The print came out so dark you can barely see our faces! Saddened because it was for Father’s Day and won’t get another one in time!! I’ve had presents bought for me from your company which were lovely which made me choose you! Won’t be buying from you again unfortunately.”
