“I was really disappointed when this arrived - the photo used was a high resolution image with good colour contrast. The photo printed was really dark, and did not fill the whole card as implied by the example images on the site. This was meant to be part of a 40th birthday gift but unfortunately as the quality is so poor it can't be given as a present.”

“Ordered 11th December for a Christmas present. Was supposed to arrive within 5 days. Its now Christmas eve and its not here still. Numerous emails and calls to customer service. Either no response or fobbed off with an excuse, different stories from each advisor. Will never use again. Might turn up by new year, we'll see”
