“Delivery was made, courier left on porch and was soon gone! Packaging stated clearly Fragile but box was damp in 2 corners and rattling. Quite clearly bottles broken. Called Prezziebox straight away and told them it was a gift and needed asap. Lady was very apologetic and received replacement next day. Great customer service & will definitely be using you again.”
