“My first order was damaged in transit and it took me going onto the tracking to see that it was being sent back. I then sent an email to find out what was going on which is when I was told about the damage. They resent the order but when that arrived one item was missing. So another email later and they tell me it’s now out of stock. Communication could be better in these instances, but to be fair they did reply very quickly to my emails -within half an hour, maybe even less which is impressive hence why the 4 stars. I am just awaiting the item that was out of stock to become available again. I would say some of the items are a bit smaller than expected for the price, but they are more unique than things you can get off the highstreet. I will definitely be looking at making more purchases for gifts in the future with this site and would recommend”
