“This mask is nothing like the picture - it is a flat piece of fabric so it’s not shaped around the face - I realise this is not PPE but it gaps at the nose and the sides - I will never use this”

“I was shocked by these masks which are just a fashion accessory- they are much too skimpy to give any sort of seal or protection at all from the virus. I know they are 'non medical' but they could at least make some effort to protect the wearer- a total waste of money and I feel angry and ripped off.”
