“Spent £7.99 for next day postage (within cut off deadline) and yet arrived day later. No emails, no texts to let me know. Too late for event the gift was intended for. Sent two emails requesting update and one requesting refund and received no reply or acknowledgement. Did receive an excitable message to leave a review so someone is working there just not in customer care or service clearly.”
