“Good afternoon, I’ve been using your products for a few months now and really like them! My dog is a labradoodle. He started developing dry skin a few years ago. If I am petting him for an extended period, my hands are covered in this white substance from his coat. Prior to switching to your shampoo/conditioner, this wouldn’t go away even after a bath. It was better, but never completely gone. Since switching to your product, it has improved, but still comes back after 2-3 weeks. I comb/brush him every other day and give him a bath every 2-4 weeks and give him a haircut every 4 weeks. Is this dirt or dry skin? Am I using too much shampoo that the residue is left in his coat? If you have any suggestions, that would be great! The vet has recommended some supplement to help his coat, but that’s about it. Thank you! Luke”
