“Overall the format of the course was simple and easy to follow. However easy to follow it was there were grammatical errors involving the "Danger Zone" and instructions regarding the final exam were unclear and confusing. The errors involved the written versions of 4C-60C, in some slides they were listed at 400C-600C. I was able to recognize it as an error but I am sure some others have been led astray. Would certainly recommend this course to others as it is simple and affordable, the certificate came very quickly after completing as well.”
“I really like your format. one thing though, after taking your food safe exam and failing due to my face not being fully in view. I can't seem to retake the exam no matter what I do. also for some reason the screen that showed me being recorded went black a couple of minutes into the exam and it stayed that way until the end.”
“Too long, spends too much time explain the levels of government and who regulates what. The face to face course is not this long, and it spends more time on food contamination and how to keep people safe. This course seems better suited for people who own a business in the food industry rather than someone trying to get employed in it.”
