However I was disappointed that I never got a response to my message to you on the site. I explained that I tried to add gift wrapping for three dollars but when I went to the checkout the gift wrapping had disappeared. I tried this three times and the same thing happened. I wrote to you immediately in the hope that something could be done before it was sent but I didn't even get the courtesy of a reply which for a first order was very disappointing. My sister has now had to wrap it on my behalf.”
