“This stuff is very nice on the lips. I'd prefer a little smaller doe foot, but that's not a big deal. The problem is that the containers leak, even without any cracks in them. Don't lay them on their side! My box arrived with one that had leaked out a lot all over my other items. And others have leaked when lying down. You have to store them standing up.
I contacted Profusion after getting the box with the leaked lip oil, but they never responded. Doubt if I'll purchase again from this website or brand based on nonexistent customer service. And they have the nerve to ask me to review things every week or so!”
