“This is my favorite palette when I want to create a bright eye-catching look. I wish the neon green was a little easier to apply but all of the other colors apply very easily. I always get compliments when I use this palette so I definitely recommend it!”

I apply it using a wet brush for a sheer long lasting color or with a dry brush for a different look. I LOVE the Neon palette. This is my second one. The first one lasted about 3 years”
