“Whether you buy this from their website or in Walmart, this palette is only $5! I'm new to using makeup and wanted a colorful pallet to practice with that wasn't too expensive, but had bright colors. I found that in the Profusion Neon palette!
The Con: I definitely recommend using a base like [preferably] eyeshadow primer or foundation (or even a concealer), something for the eyeshadow to stick to and build on, otherwise they will appear chalky, the colors won't stick, stay or blend well, and there will be a lot of fallout.
The Pro: The colors are bright, they blend well, are easy to build up and are very pigmented, when used with a base (base or primer is very important!). I'm also very big on easy cleanup, I don't like having to scrub my face to get makeup off and this palette doesn't disappoint! I use Setting Spray to keep it from smudging or smearing, but when I'm ready to wipe it off, it comes off easily and doesn't leave a stain.

“Some of the colors do need to be built up, but I have been trying multiple different products of the neon family from lots of different brands in search of the best neon colors that were actually truly neon.
