“This pallet has great pigment the only colors that didnt really cut it for me was the blue and green not easy to blend and blends to barely any pigment but the other tones make up for that.”
“These are SUPER affordable and EXTREMELY pigmented. They do have fallout so do your eyes before your base but that is expected with any high pigment shadows. Just buy it. You won't regret it.”

I was not expecting much at all for a neon pallet, because neons are super hard to formulate. But this blew me away.
