“It's hard to catch in a photo, but Luminous glow has a mostly pink, leaning blue sparkle finish. It goes in a bit oily but dried down after a minute or two. A little goes a long way and it does transfer a little. I love both highlighters!”
“If you don't like glitter, run away, but if you like the fairy dust-look, this is incredible. A small drop covers a lot (a tiny drop covers my whole hand), and leaves an attractive wet-look. The bottle is cute and has a dropper. A very satisfying purchase and I'll definitely be getting a back-up.”
