“These eyeliners are perfect for small details! Can you do a winged liner with them? I would say probably not. The formula is crumbly if you apply too much to the lid. However, I did place a line of color above my black winged liner and that worked out nicely! But if I did a full winged liner with one of these then it feels very drying on the eyes.”
