“Overall I think these are good eyeliners except you need to put several coats. It is quite streaky however with enough practice there is no issue layering them and achieving that perfect look with enough patience.”

“Bought the Bright Lights eyeliner in Mint and was really excited to try it, but the second I opened it, it smelled like paint thinner. Tried it on my hand first and seems to dry down well, but super liquid in its initial application, so makes me wonder if the texture and smell have any correlation‰Ы?sad because it looks like a great product but too scared to blind myself or cause some other heinous skin issue.”
