“This eyeliner is thrilling with a totally great colorpayoff. Unfortunately it craked and did not apply smoothly so I stopped using it. I also bought the neon orange and the same thing happened. Ultimately I am soooo disappointed. But wonder if Profusion could "redo" the formula.”
“I got the pink one. Its a brush tip applicator (which I appreciate). its cute and pigmented, but it can get crusty and flaky. I'd still recommend it to anyone who wants to get into graphic liner especially at this price.”
