“I liked this eye liner so much that I bought about another 3 of them. It goes out very smooth, but you have to wait for it to dry. I used Black eyeliner first, let that dry, and then put this a little over the black line. It made a very nice eye liner. I like it because it's thin and you can make a nice thin line with it. It's easy to use, looks very pretty (a nice bright blue) and I think it's great. I stocked up on it already.”
