“The colors for the pallet were great, and the primer was decent. But the eye liner was complete dried out and no usable. I was a bit sad about that. I was really looking forward to the liner specifically. I did email customer service to let them know. They said thank you and that was that. Hope it was a one off.”

The formula feels so flippin' high end, excessively creamy (I'm probably not allowed to compare it to other brands, but some have the texture of something that rhymes with Slooper Slocks).
