“Bought as a gift, recipient is a certified cosmetologist. Was very disappointed in the inability for the colors to blend without a strange textured look and the colors fade off when you try to built up color, and when it did blend it became dull and muddy. The other pallet purchased was much better in quality. Would not purchase this item again.”
