Bright, pigmented colours ranging from matte to pure glitter (bottom row) with little fallout has made this my favourite go to palette at the moment. It has such a wide variety of colours that I can create a neutral/fun/bright or glam look all from one palette.
With the glitter on the bottom row being of a semi-gel like consistency, its better to apply using a finger, silicone blender or a wet sponge to get the best coverage, using a brush doesnt pick the glitter up very well.”
