“These DO NOT fit over actuator. I called Progressive to ask how to put these on. I told them the only way to slide them over actuator is to remove sealed top. They agreed. And then they told me if I removed the top seal it will void the warranty. So I repeated what the person told me and asked if he that made sense. He said no, I will talk to engineering and get back to you. Never heard from anybody from Progressive. Still waiting........”
