“I was quoted an exorbitant amount for a replacement actuator for an Arcadia brand louvered pergola system. I found Progressive Automations by luck searching the web for linear actuators. After asking a few questions I settled on this PA-10 model. I couldn't be happier. I had to climb up on the roof myself, but for the money I could spend an hour installing the motor, testing it, and enjoying a cold refreshment to celebrate a job well done. The motor is faster and quieter than the old one. I'm looking into having them do a custom actuator, just because this one worked so well. The other option will be buying an external limit switch (AC-24) which I may do as well. Super customer service, a solid product and a reasonable price. How could this be anything other than a 5 start review!”
