“After repeated interactions in which I was given incorrect information, I finally reached a knowledgable person, who explained that the actuators that I purchase do not work with the control box that your site recommends for them, and that you sell no controller that does work with them. Since I have already build the actuator into the machine, I must now return the controller and build my own. Everyone was polite, and he did offer to refund the purchase, which is why I giving three stars instead of one.”
