Horrible bulb, at least the one I got! Housing didn’t fit right in the projector. When I did finally get it installed, and it was not easy like it should be, the bulb flickered slightly, had a pinkish color to the whites, and was dimmer than my stock bulb. I have that to compare it to, which by the way, is supposed to be 50% dimmer, because it’s at the end of its life with 3500 hours on it! That old bulb currently blows this brand new bulb away. On top of this, it burned so hot that I could smell it, and within 20 minutes shut down my projector! Put the stock bulb back in and no issues. Dust free and running perfectly fine so not my fault. My biggest issue is that they made me pay return shipping, $25, to ship a defective bulb back to them! The day after it was delivered and all packed up just like when it got here. Absolutely horrible experience. Did not stand by their product. Just told me it should have worked… The fitment issue aside, maybe I just got a dud bulb, but they should have fixed it! Or at least sent me a prepaid label to return it! It’s not like I just changed my mind! It literally shut down my projector. Really disappointed, which I told them all of this in my emails.
