“third time purhasing, its great! I use this concentrate to create my own bottles and resell. Not once have i heard a bad review from my clients. The second time i purchased I did not recieve my package. I did speak to a customer represetative via the chatbox on your website. The issue didn't get resolved, so i took it as a loss. Not sure what happened to my order, could've gotten loss during transit or someone could've stoled my package. Who knows, but i still continue to buy from Prolong.”
