“I really wanted this to work I used 8 sprays the first time and it did nothing for me. I then went up to the 10 as advised, still nothing. Was kind of disappointed. Wish it would have worked”

Hi Alex, Thank you for your feedback. We urge you to give Promescent a second shot , and apply Promescent 10 minutes prior to intercourse to the underside of the shaft and frenulum only, and wait for the product to fully absorb during that time. These are the most sensitive parts of the penis and if applied here it will further increase time to climax. The waiting period is a great time for foreplay! Hi Kenneth, Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear about your experience. Promescent has a coco verbanum smell, and we have duly noted that some users may not enjoy the smell of it. The good news is, there is an easy fix for this. Apply Promescent 10 minutes prior to intercourse to the underside of the shaft and frenulum only. These are the most sensitive parts of the penis and if applied here it will further increase time to climax, (the waiting period is a great time for foreplay!) When used as directed, your partner may engage in oral sex, but it's highly recommended using a damp towel to wipe off your penis after the 10 minute waiting period. This should eliminate any lingering smell or taste that you may find unpleasant. Best, The Promescent Team

“after 3 sprays It took longer than 10 minutes and after that it was a light numbing that did not delay anything. I will not buy it again”

As you can see in the comments left by others, Promescent (when used as directed and experimented with dosage) works for many. 1. Shake the bottle gently before each use. 2. Apply Promescent to the underside of the shaft and frenulum. These are the most sensitive parts of the penis and if applied here will further increase time to climax. 3. Wait 10 minutes prior to engaging in sexual intercourse. This is a perfect time to start foreplay! We urge you to give Promescent a second shot and experiment with more sprays per use (up to a maximum of 10) and target the most sensitive parts of the penis. Best, The Promescent Team
